水资源承载能力与可持续发展的研究

摘  要：
水资源的开发利用满足了当前水资源承载能力的要求,并不意味着实现了可持续发展的目标。为此,回顾了水资源承载能力和可持续发展的起源和目前的理论研究进展,得出两者之间存在着相辅相成的关系。研究表明,可持续发展是水资源承载能力理论研究的指导思想,水资源承载能力是维持水资源供需平衡的基础,也是经济社会可持续发展的重要指标之一。

摘  要：
The development and utilization of water resources does not mean the sustainable development even though it can meet the current demands for the water resources carrying capacity. This paper traces the origin and the current theoretical research development of the research on water resources carrying capacity and sustainable development. The conclusion is that these two issues rely on each other and have much in relation to each other. The sustainable development is the guidance for the theoretical research of the water resources carrying capacity; and water resources carrying capacity is the basis for sustaining the balance between the supply and demand of water resources, and it is also one the important indexes of the sustainable development of the economy and society.
