西藏林芝地区牛奶子青果期与红果期营养品质的比较分析

摘  要:
比较西藏林芝地区牛奶子果实在青果期与红果期各营养品质生理指标的差别,初步探究牛奶子成熟过程中营养品质变化特征,以期对高原牛奶子果实资源的开发利用有一定指导作用。结果表明:牛奶子果实青果期与红果期的各生理指标差异十分明显。总糖、番茄红素、异戊烯焦磷酸异构酶(IPI)、Na、Fe、P的含量红果期明显高于青果期;干物质、淀粉、抗坏血酸、蛋白质、K、Ca、Zn、Mg的含量则相反;可溶性糖与过氧化物酶(POD)含量差异不明显。牛奶子果实红果期番茄红素8 935.00mg/kg的含量也远远超过其他地区牛奶子果实资源,说明高原产牛奶子果实具有显著优势,应加大开发力度。

摘  要:
We compared nutrients in Elaeagnus umbellate between green fruit and red fruit period in Nyingchi of Tibet and preliminary studied the nutritional quality changes in the green fruit and red fruit peried to develop and utilize pluck fruit resources of E umbellate in plateau. The results showed that the differences in physiological index of E umbellate fruit in the green fruit and red fruit period was very obvious. The content of total sugar,lycopene,IPI,Na,Fe,P in red fruit period was significantly higher than the green fruit period. The content of dry matter,starch,vitamin C,protein,K,Ca,Zn,Mg was opposite. The content of soluble sugar and POD were not significantly different. Fruit resources of E umbellate in plateau has significant advantage,because the content of lycopene content( 8 935. 00 mg / kg) is far more than other regions.
