仪器法与化学法测定健康麋鹿血清蛋白结果比较

摘 要：
使用全自动生化分析仪测定了80只不同年龄段麋鹿血清总蛋白和白蛋白,与化学法(溴甲酚绿法、双缩脲法)测定结果相比较。相同检测指标不同年龄组检测结果表明,仪器法测定血清蛋白与化学法检测血清蛋白,2种方法间除幼年总蛋白测得数据存在显著差异之外,其余各年龄阶段各蛋白成分测得数据均不存在显著差异(P>0.05);且2种方法间具有良好的相关性(r> 0.80),能科学客观地体现各年龄阶段的血清蛋白各成分的变化趋势。

摘 要：
The serum total protein and albumin of 80 elk in different ages were determined by automatic biochemical analyzer and manual chemical method(bromocresol green method,biuret method). And then the results of two method were compared to study the difference and the correlation. The results of different age groups of the same test indicators between the automatic biochemical analyzer and manual chemical showed that there are only significant differences between the two methods to the total protein measured in juvenile years. And there was no significant difference in the other protein components of all ages(P>0.05). There was a good correlation between the two methods(r> 0.80),which can scientifically and objectively reflect the trend of serum protein components at various ages.
