野生和人工种植罗布麻种子形态及解剖特征比较

摘 要：
对比研究了吉林省白城地区野生罗布麻(Apocynum venetum L.)种子与人工栽培罗布麻种子的形态特征和解剖特征。通过对比野生及人工种植罗布麻种子长、宽、厚、大小指数、千粒重、种皮厚度、种皮比重、附属绒毛长度等指标,同时对淀粉粒、多糖、液泡的种子切片进行细胞学研究,结果表明,野生罗布麻种子的形态特征、解剖特征与人工种植罗布麻种子有细微的区别,但未发生变种,人工种植的罗布麻种子可以代替野生罗布麻种子。

摘 要：
Comparative studies of the morphological and anatomical characteristics of wild and cultivated Apocynum venentum L.seeds were carried out.The length,width,thickness,size index,thousand grain weight,seed coat thickness,seed coat weight,affiliated villus length of wild and cultivated A.venentum L.seeds were studied,and seed sections of the starch grains,polysaccharides,vacuoles were observed.Results showed that there were slight differences in morphological and anatomical characteristics between the wild and cultivated A.venentum L.seeds,but no variant existed between the two seeds,thus wild A.venentum L.seeds could be replaced by cultivated A.venentum L.seeds.
