摘 要:
以ASEB分析法为工具,通过半结构访谈的方式搜集资料,对沈阳市主要历史文化街区:盛京皇城、中山路和铁西工人村历史文化街区进行调研,获得旅游者在街区游览中在活动、环境、体验、收益方面的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,综合考虑游客需求,以游客体验为核心对沈阳市历史文化街区进行体验营销再思考,包括历史文化街区的主题定位、街区的保护与开发、旅游营销的新手段等方面,以期旅客形成高层次的完整旅游体验,留下美好的游览回忆。

摘 要:
In this paper,the author made a research on tourism of the historical and cultural streets in Shenyang and collected data through semi-structured interview based on ASEB theory.Taking tourists' demands into consideration,the author put forward some new marketing means in order to provide tourists a better experience.
