燕山沙岭子山区综合治理的研究(1683-1986)

摘 要：
笔者于1983-1986年,在海拔600-900米的燕山沙岭子干旱山区,种草(豆科草本植物)、植树(豆科木本植物);发展草食兽,改大群放牧山羊,为半舍饲及系养多羔绵羊;笼养长毛兔,建成居庸关矿泉汽水厂,建立居庸关人民公墓,一举解决了:一、加速荒山植树造林和绿化。二、大量骨灰有安葬之所;三、穷困山区人民增加了经济收入。经验证明:“种草植树,振兴农牧,多种经营,以工致富”是稳固长久的解决北方山区“治穷致富”的必由之路。

摘 要：
From 1983 to 1986, in arid Yanshan Shalingzi mountain areas withan elevation of 600-900 metres, the above writers planted grasses (legu-minous herb) and trees (leguminous woody plant); grew plant-eatinganimals; transformed herding goats in large flocks into keeping sheepwhich give birth to more lambs in half-pen and in fastened way; raisedlong-haired rabbits in cages and so on. They also set up the JuyongguanMineral Spring Aerated Water Factory and built the Juyongguan People′sCemetery, attained the following aims at one stroke:A. Speed up planting trees and afforestation on barren hills.B. Provide burying place for a large amount of ashes of the dead.C. The people in poor mountain arease increase income.The experience has proved it is the only way for steady and perm-anent "wiping out poverty and getting richer" to plant grasses and trees,vigorously develop agriculture and animal husbandry, develop a diversifiedeconomy, take industry as the key to getting richer in northern mountainareas.
