耕牛钼中毒的研究(Ⅴ报)——钼和镉的毒性在水牛犢体内的协同作用

摘  要:
赣南大余县因尾砂水污染所引起的耕牛中毒性疾病—红皮白毛症,确诊为耕牛钼中毒,用硫酸铜进行防治效果良好在尾砂水中,除含钼之外,还含有危害较严重的金属镉。对于自然病牛和实验病牛的病理组织学检查中,有些病变与慢性镉中毒相似。为了摸清钼中毒时钼与镉在水牛犊体内的相互关系及其毒性反应,采用不同比例的钼、镉和钼与镉混合物,分别饲喂水牛犊,观察各自的毒性反应以及相应的临床变化,为研究本病的发病机理和防治措施,提供科学依据。现将实验结果综合报告如下:

摘  要:
The experiments on buffalo's calves by means of oral administration of Mo, Cd and Mo with Cd were carried out.The result showed that Cd—poisoning will cause red skin, Mo—poisoning will cause unthriftiness, diarrhorea and white hair,and Mo—Cd complex toxication is most severe with the typical "Red skin and white hair" syndrome appearing.Therefore the synergism of Mo—Cd poisoning is obvious. Of the red skin and white hair syndrom, the red skin may be a complicated symptom of Mo—poisoning which would be caused by Cd—toxicity during the affected period. Oral administration of CuSo_4 as a preventive and curative method is proved to be highly effective. So the principal contradiction of the disease may be Molybdensis; and it should be accurate to name the disease as "Mo—poisoning of farm cattle" .
