爆仗竹组培快繁6-BA与NAA组合浓度配比优化分析

摘  要:
以爆仗竹顶芽与带腋芽的茎段为外植体,采用二次回归正交设计方法研究了爆仗竹组织培养快速繁殖中不定芽增殖系数与继代培养基中6BA和NAA组合及其浓度配比之间的关系。通过对所建模型的解析得出,6BA1.27mgL、NAA0.36mgL时,不定芽增殖系数最高,达4.6。不定芽增殖系数大于4的6BA、NAA浓度的95%置信区间分别为1.14~2.11mgL和0.04~0.53mgL。

摘  要:
Quadratic regressive factorial experiment was used to optimize concentration of 6-BA and NAA in MS medium for shoot propagation from the top buds and stem segments of Russelia equisetiformis. The result showed that the best combination of the 6-BA and NAA for the shoot propagation is 6-BA 1.27 and NAA0.36, and the propagation coefficient reached 4.6. It was concluded that the shoot propagation coefficient exceeded 4 in MS medium supplemented with 6-BA 1.14~2.11mg/L and NAA 0.04~0.53mg/L at 95% confident intervals through numerical simulation of the regressive equation.
