明纹柏松毛虫在不同温度下的生长发育研究

摘要：

实验测定了明纹柏松毛虫在17℃、21℃、25℃、29℃、33℃、37℃,RH 75%、光周期L︰D=16 h︰8h条件下,不同发育阶段的发育历期和速率。结果表明,(1)温度升高,明纹柏松毛虫各虫态的发育历期缩短,发育速率提高;(2)在17℃下完成整个世代需要297.8日,在33℃下完成1代则减少到122.3日。

摘要：

Developmental durations and developmental rates of each life stage of Dendrolimus suffuscus illustratus were determined under RH 75 %,L ︰ D = 16 h ︰ 8 h and 6 temperature treatments of 17℃,21℃,25℃,29℃,33℃ and 37℃. The results showed that( 1) the developmental durations decreased and developmental rates increased with increasing of the designed temperature.( 2) Growth span of the whole generation was reduced from 297. 8d at 17℃ to 122. 3d at 33℃.
