低钠饮食在原发型醛固酮增多症诊断中的应用

摘  要:
目的:探讨低钠饮食对原发性醛固酮增多症的作用。方法:对26例原发性醛固酮增多症患者在诊断中实施了钠钾平衡饮食及低钠饮食试验,以协助诊断。结果:在低钠饮食试验阶段,患者的血钾明显高于钠钾平衡饮食试验阶段的血钾水平(Р<0.01),患者的尿钾下降及症状改善的发生率高于钠钾平衡饮食阶段(0.01<Р<0.05)。结论:实验表明,低钠饮食试验在原发性醛固酮增多症的诊断及鉴别诊断中具有一定意义。

摘  要:
【Objective】To discuss the effects of low sodium diet on Conn Syndrome.【Methods】26 patients with Conn Syndrome were intervened while low sodium diet and the data was analysised.【Results】During the low sodium diet period, the patients’potassium level in blood was higher than that in the period of sodium-potassium balance and the potassium level in urine was decreased than the former period. At the same time, the symptom was better than before.【Conclusion】It was significant that low sodium diet was useful to better Conn Syndrome and its diagnose.
