摘  要：
精准扶贫是我国新常态下开展扶贫工作的重要发力点,社会工作凭借其独特的专业理念和工作手法在精准扶贫中发挥着不可或缺的作用,是新时期我国扶贫攻坚阶段的重要举措。本研究在增能理论的指导下,基于晋江市特困家庭"四帮四扶"精准扶贫项目的案例分析,探索社会工作者在精准扶贫工作中所扮演角色。认为社会工作者在精准扶贫中应扮演的角色有需求与问题评估者、脱贫意识激励者、解决问题的能力建设者和资源链接者等角色。

摘  要：
The targeted poverty reduction plays a significant force point in poverty alleviation. With the particular professional philosophy and working methods,it has become an important measure during the poverty reduction in China. Through the analysis of the experience of targeted poverty reduction to the Poorest families "four help four support"in Jinjiang based on the Empowerment Theory,it deeply demonstrates the positive roles of the needs and problems estimators,motivators,capacity building and resources links of professional social worker in poverty reduction.
