透骨草含药血清与血浆对产ESBLs大肠杆菌的抑菌效果比较研究

摘  要:
采用微量肉汤稀释法药敏实验来探究透骨草含药血清与血浆对产ESBLs大肠杆菌的抑菌作用之间是否存在差异,为做中药血清药理学实验时是选择血清还是血浆提供理论依据,同时,我们也对中药含药血清与血浆药理学的差异进行了探讨。结果显示,透骨草含药血清与血浆的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)均为500 mg/mL,血清、血浆空白对照组均无明显抑菌作用,透骨草含药血清与含药血浆抑菌作用之间对比无明显差异。由于血浆更真实的反应体内血液实际情况及其制作过程的简便性等多方面优点,建议在进行中药半体实验时优先选择含药血浆。

摘  要:
The broth micro-dilution method was adopted to measure whether there were differences in antimicrobial effects against ESBLs-producing E.coli in vitro between Serum containing Phryma leptostachya L.var.Asiatica Hara and Plasma containing the drug,This study could also provide the theoretical basis for the choice of serum or plasma in studies on Chinese Herbs' Serum Pharmacology.Meanwhile,the differences in TMC pharmacology between serum and plasma were discussed.The results showed:the fractional inhibitory concentrations(FIC) indexes of serum containing Phryma leptostachya L.var.Asiatica Hara and Plasma containing the drug were 500 mg/mL,as no-treatment Control of serum and plasma had no discernible bacteriostasis,there was no significant difference between serum containing Phryma leptostachya L.var.Asiatica Hara and Plasma containing the drug.Because of the actual situation of blood in the body could be reflected by plasma and the simplicity of plasma separation,serum and plasma containing TCM are used parallel to each other in ex vivo experiment,we could choose the optimal plan.Therefore,plasma containing TCM should be the primary choice in ex vivo experiment.
