大肠杆菌对黄粉虫不同虫态诱导动力学的研究(英文)

摘  要:
通过对黄粉虫不同虫态诱导动力学的研究 ,结果表明 :用大肠杆菌对黄粉虫不同虫态进行诱导 ,均能诱导其产生抗菌物质 ,成虫、蛹、幼虫诱导剂量阈值依次为每虫体 1 0 3 、1 0 4 、1 0 2 菌体 ;每虫体用 1 0 6菌体对不同虫态诱导后 ,抑菌活力时显上升的时间分别为 7、1 0、7h ,抑菌活力高峰均出现在诱导后 60h左右 ;PAGE(pH 4 .5)研究表明 ,不同虫态诱导产生及增强表达成分存在差异

摘  要:
The kinetics of inducible antibacterial substance from yellow mealworm has been studied by determining the immune hemolymph's antibacterial activity. The results showed that when adults, pupae and larvae induced by E. coli , their hemolymph could show the antibacterial activity. However, different stage reacted differently to the dose of inductor: adults should be injected E. coli . more than 10\+3 cells per individual, then the antibacterial activity can be tested, while pupae 10\+4, and larvae 10\+2. When they were injected E. coli by 10\+6 cells per individual, the antibacterial activity of hemolymph increased as the time passed, but 60 h later, it began to decrease. The electrophoretogram(pH 4.5) showed the antibacterial substances are little different in different stage, the amount of certain substance are different.
