摘  要：
文中概述了次生林的内涵及中国热带次生林的2种产权形式和2种经营体制,阐述了目前次生林经营的边缘化和人工化趋势,并说明了这2种经营趋势不是可持续经营,同时指出实现可持续经营的途径在于树立生态哲学的世界观,接受"近自然林业"的经营思想,探索促进多方参与的经营体制,以及形成"激励相容"的经营技术体系。

摘  要：
This paper summarized the concept of secondary forest and two property types and two management models,and explained the management trends of artificialism and marginalism in China tropical secondary forest.The discussion showed the two management trends can't promote sustainable management of secondary forest,and four opinions had been discussed on promoting sustainable management which included: transferring the worldview to eco-philosophy,applying the close-to-nature forestry theory,seeking for the institution of multi-participation,forming the incentive compatibility technology system.
