RP-HPLC法测定藿香正气水中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量

摘  要：
[目的]测定藿香正气水中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的含量。[方法]利用反相高效液相色谱法测定藿香正气水中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的含量,用Diamonsil(TM)C18柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇∶水∶冰醋酸(79:21:0.25)为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为294nm,柱温为23℃。[结果]RP-HPLC法测得厚朴酚与和厚朴酚浓度在6.25～400μg/ml范围内与峰面积线性关系良好。和厚朴酚的平均回收率为98.4%,RSD为1.58%;厚朴酚的平均回收率为100.35%,RSD为1.24%。[结论]该方法简便、准确、专属性强,能有效地控制藿香正气水的检测质量。

摘  要：
[Objective] The aim of the study was to determine magnolol and honokiol contents in Huoxiangzhengqi tincture.[Method] With Diamonsil(TM)C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm),methanol-water-acetic acid(79∶21∶0.25) as mobile phase,flow velocity at 1.0 mL/min,detection wave length at 294 nm and column temperature at 23 ℃,the magnolol and honokiol contents in Huoxiangzhengqi water were determined by RP-HPLC.[Result] The magnolol and honokiol contents determined by RP-HPLC method had good linear relationship with the peak areas when their concentrations were at 6.25～400 μg/mL.The average recoveries and RSDs of magnolol were 100.78 % and 99.6 % resp.and those of honokiol were 1.52 % and 1.18 % resp.[Conclusion] This method was simple and convenient,accurate and specific,which could control the checking quality of Huoxiangzhengqi tincture effectively.
