铜在玉米体内的累积规律研究

摘  要:
[目的]全面了解铜在玉米体内的累积规律。[方法]通过对自植玉米进行模拟污水污染试验,研究重金属铜在污水-土壤-玉米间的迁移累积情况。[结果]模拟污水污染尚未对玉米正常生长产生明显的外观、形态污染。污染区玉米中的铜含量明显高于未污染区玉米中的铜含量。玉米在生长过程中对重金属铜元素有明显的吸收,但不同生长期对铜的吸收强度不同。铜在玉米各部位的迁移累积顺序为:根、茎节、茎、籽实、叶。污染区玉米成熟后籽实中的铜含量很低,可以食用,根部中的铜含量很高。[结论]该研究为净化土壤中重金属铜元素污染提供了新的方法。

摘  要:
[Objective] The purpose was to thoroughly understand the accumulation law of copper in corn.[Method] Through the experiment of simulative wastewater pollution on self planted corn,the transfer and accumulation condition of heavy metal copper in wastewater-soil-corn was researched.[Result] The simulative wastewater pollution hadn't caused obvious appearance and shape pollution on the normal growth of corn.The copper content in corn in polluted area was significantly higher than that in non polluted area.Corn significantly absorbed heavy metal copper during its growth course,but its adsorption intensities in different growth periods were different.The transfer and accumulation sequence of copper in the various parts of corn was root,stem node,stem,seed and leaf.The copper content in seeds of matured corns in polluted area was very low,their seeds were edible and that in their roots was very high.[Conclusion] The research provided a new method for purifying the pollution of heavy metal copper element in soil.
