FSAE赛车制动系统设计

摘  要:
根据FSAE比赛规则对赛车制动性能的要求,确定了赛车制动系统的布置形式。对赛车进行了制动受力分析,优化制动器制动力分配系数。选定制动盘的参数,在此基础上匹配制动轮缸、制动主缸的参数。假定附着系数为0.8的情况下,赛车以20km/h制动,计算了赛车的最大减速度和制动距离。研究对于赛车制动系统的设计具有指导意义。

摘  要:
According to the braking requirements in FSAE competition rules, the layout of racing car braking system was ascertained. Braking force was analyzed, and braking force distribution ratio was optimized, wheel cylinder parameters and the master cylinder parameters were matched after ascertaining the brake disc parameters. Assume adhesion coefficient was 0.8 and initial speed of braking was 20km/h, maximum deceleration and braking distance were calculated. This study is helpful for the braking system design of racing car.
