摘  要:
本试验旨在研究饲粮代谢能和粗蛋白质水平对0~4周龄大午粉1号商品代蛋雏鸡生长性能、体尺性状、器官指数、血清生化指标的影响,通过建立所检测指标与饲粮代谢能或粗蛋白质水平的回归模型,确定0~4周龄大午粉1号商品代蛋雏鸡饲粮中适宜的代谢能和粗蛋白质水平。试验采用3×3双因素试验设计,设定饲粮中代谢能水平12.01、12.51和13.01 MJ/kg,粗蛋白质水平分别为19.81%、20.81%和21.81%,共配制9种试验饲粮。选取810只遗传背景相同、体重接近、健康状态良好的1日龄大午粉1号商品代蛋雏鸡,随机分为9组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。饲养试验持续28 d。结果显示:1)饲粮中代谢能水平显著影响雏鸡的平均日采食量(ADFI)、平均日增重(ADG)、料重比(F/G)、龙骨长、体重以及十二指肠和回肠相对长度(P<0.05),且与雏鸡的ADFI、F/G以及血清中葡萄糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)含量呈显著的二次曲线关系(P<0.05)。2)饲粮中粗蛋白质水平显著影响雏鸡的胸宽、肝脏指数、十二指肠与回肠相对长度(P<0.05),且与雏鸡的胸宽呈显著的二次曲线关系(P<0.05)。3)饲粮中代谢能和粗蛋白质水平的互作效应对雏鸡的ADG、F/G、十二指肠与回肠相对长度以及血清中TG含量有显著影响(P<0.05)。4)通过拟合二次曲线,得出饲粮代谢能水平为6.991、12.979、10.524、11.968和11.775 M J/kg时,雏鸡的ADFI、F/G以及血清中GLU、TG和TC含量分别达到最佳水平;饲粮中粗蛋白质水平为20.402%、20.730%时,雏鸡的肝脏指数、胸宽分别达到最佳水平。综合生长性能、体尺性状、器官指数、血清生化指标,推荐0~4周龄大午粉1号商品代蛋雏鸡饲粮中代谢能水平为11.812 MJ/kg,粗蛋白质水平为20.566%。

摘  要:
To determine the optimal dietary metabolizable energy(ME) and crude protein(CP) levels of hatch to 4-week-age Dawufen No.1 commercial layer chicks,the effects of dietary ME and CP levels on the growth performance,body size traits,organ indexes and serum biochemical indexes of 0 to 4-week-age Dawufen No.1 commercial layer chicks were evaluated,and the regression models between the dietary ME or CP levels and testing indexes were built.A 3×3 two-factor experiment design was adopted in this experiment.Nine experimental diets were prepared,the ME levels in diets were 12.01,12.51 and 13.01 MJ/kg,respectively,and the CP levels in diets were 19.81%,20.81% and 21.81%,respectively.Eight hundred and ten 1-day-old Dawufen No.1 commercial layer chicks with the same genetic background,similar body weight and good health were randomly divided into 9 groups with 6 replicates per group and 15 chicks per replicate.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed as follows:1) dietary ME level had significant effects on the average daily gain(ADG),average day feed intake(ADFI),feed/gain(F/G),keel length,body weight,duodenum relative length and ileum relative length of layer chicks(P<0.05),and there was a significant quadratic curve relationship between dietary ME level and ADFI,F/G,the contents of serum glucose(GLU),triglyceride(TG) or total cholesterol(TC)(P<0.05).2) Dietary CP level had significant effects on the chest width,liver index,duodenum relative length and ileum relative length(P<0.05),and there was a significant quadratic curve relationship between dietary CP level and chest breadth(P<0.05).3) The interaction of dietary ME and CP levels had significant effects on ADG,F/G,duodenum relative length,ileum relative length and serum TG content(P<0.05).4) According to fit quadratic curve,the best levels of ADFI,F/G,serum GLU,TG and TC contents were obtained when dietary ME levels were 6.991,12.979,10.524,11.968 and11.775 MJ/kg,respectively,and the best levels of liver index and chest breadth were obtained when dietary CP levels were 20.402% and 20.730%,respectively.Overall,when growth performance,body size traits,organ indexes and serum biochemical indexes are considered together,the optimal dietary ME and CP levels for 0 to 4-week-age Dawufen No.1 commercial layer chicks are 11.812 MJ/kg and 20.566%,respectively.
