摘 要：
研究了快速繁殖杂种甜瓜“西莫洛托”试管苗的方法。结果表明，由无菌苗诱导不定芽，应先将无菌苗于 Ｍ Ｓ＋ Ｂ Ａ２．０ ｍ ｇ／ Ｌ＋ Ｎ Ａ Ａ０．２ ｍ ｇ／ Ｌ 培养基培养 ４ ｄ 后，再将其培养于 Ｍ Ｓ＋ Ｂ Ａ０．３ ｍ ｇ／ Ｌ培养基可获得较好的效果。不定芽的增殖，以选用 Ｍ Ｓ＋ Ｂ Ａ０．３ ｍ ｇ／ Ｌ 培养基效果最好，１５ ｄ 后繁殖系数达３．８。腋芽的诱导，以带叶柄的茎段培养于含低浓度 Ｂ Ａ 的培养基为佳。试管苗的生根，在 Ｎ Ａ Ａ、 Ｉ Ｂ Ａ、 Ｉ Ａ Ａ 三种生长素中，以 Ｎ Ａ Ａ 最适宜，１６ ｄ 后生根率达１００％ 。

摘 要：
A study on rapid in vitro propagation of hybrid melon “Ximoluotuo” was carried out.The results showed that high induction rate of adventitious buds from aseptically cultured shoots was obtained by culturing these shoots on MS+2.0 mg·L -1 BA+ 0.2 mg·L -1 NAA for 4 days and then on MS+0.3 mg·L -1 BA.Culture on MS+0.3 mg·L -1 BA for 15 days gave a high multiplication rate of adventitious buds (about 3.8 times). For the induction of axillary buds,the result was better when stem segments with petiole had been cultured on low concentration BA MS medium.Once the shoots were 1.5 cm high,they were transferred to MS media containing NAA,IBA,IAA respectively for root induction,the results showed that the MS medium with NAA was most efficient and resulted in 100% rooting rate.
