谈混合式学习在林业干部教育培训中的应用

混合式学习是根据不同的人群和目标,将面对面的课堂教学与远程在线学习两种学习方式有机整合,构成合适的学习环境,以达到提高教学效率和学习效果的目的。混合式学习具有能够满足个性化需求、节约学习成本、提高培训效果等特点。这种学习方式所具有的优势,使之将其运用在林业干部教育培训中具有可行性。在林业干部教育培训中运用混合式学习,可以分为前端分析、活动与课程设计以及培训评价设计三个阶段。

摘  要:
Based on different groups and goals,blended learning integrates two learning methods of face-to-face class education and remote online learning,constitutes a suitable learning environment,so as to improve teaching efficiency and learning effect. Blended learning has the characteristics of meeting the individual needs,saving the learning cost and improving the training effect. The advantages of this way of learning make it feasible to be applied in education and training of forestry cadres. Blended learning in education and training of forestry cadres can be divided into three stages:front-end analysis,activity and curriculum design,training evaluation design.
