咖啡种间嫁接对产量和品质的影响初探

摘  要:
以大粒种1号和中粒种27号咖啡为试验材料,研究咖啡种间嫁接在产量和品质方面的表现。结果表明:(1)嫁接组合、对照中粒种27号和大粒种1号单株鲜果产量、单株干豆产量、单株种仁产量均差异显著。其中,嫁接组合较对照分别提高32.20%,31.25%,38.46%,表现出单株产量优势。(2)嫁接组合、对照中粒种27号和大粒种1号豆粒间化学成分含量差异显著。其中,嫁接组合较对照咖啡因含量下降1.27%,绿原酸含量提高40.30%,表现出品质优势。因此,在实际生产中咖啡种间嫁接具有一定可行性。

摘  要:
Caffea liberica accession 1 and C.canephora accession 27 were used as experimental materials for interspecific grafting,and the accessions 1 and 27 and the grafted combination were determined in terms of yield and fruit quality.The results showed fresh fruit yield,dry bean yield and seed yield of individual plant were significantly different between the grafted combinations and C.canephora accession 27 or C.liberica accession 1 and were 32.20%,31.25% and 38.46%,respectively higher in the grafted combination than in the C.canephora accession 27,suggesting that the grafted combination yielded dominantly higher per individual plant.All the treatments were significantly different in the contents of caffeine,chlorogenic acid,sucrose,reducing sugar,starch,fat and protein.The grafted combination contained caffeine 1.27% lower,and chlorogenic acid 40.30% higher than the C.canephora accession 27,suggesting the grafted combination had a high quality.It is hence concluded that coffee interspecific grafting be feasible to some extent.
