综述了果树抗寒性的研究结果 ,主要包括细胞形态及变化、生理代谢、细胞膜透性及胞间物质变化、膜系统及膜脂过氧化、激素、基因工程方面的研究机制。扼要介绍了抗寒种质资源选育、植物激素、化学药剂在果树抗寒中的应用 ,同时提出了果树抗寒性研究领域值得研讨的问题

摘  要：
This paper reviews the resent research progress in cold hardiness on the change of cell structure, the physiological and biochemical indices that include protein content, bound water/free water ratio, cell membrane permeability, cell membrane system, plant hormone and gene engineering. Meanwhile, it simply introduces the uses of plant hormone, sifting of natural resources, and the future development is also discussed.
