2016年湖南省规模猪场主要病毒性疫病流行情况分析

摘  要：
对2016年湖南省规模猪场送检的117例临床病例进行实验室诊断和流行病学分析。结果显示:各送检临床病例中,以哺乳仔猪、保育猪、育肥猪发病较多;临床表现以呼吸道症状和腹泻症状多见;病毒性疾病的比例达86.3%,其中圆环病毒2型(PCV2)、蓝耳病病毒(PRRSV)的检出率较高,多重病原感染比例达57.4%。结果表明,2016年湖南省猪病主要以PCV2、PRRSV等引起的病毒性疫病为主,且普遍存在多病原感染现象。

摘  要：
Laboratory diagnosis and epidemiological analysis towards 117 clinical cases of swine diseases collected from large-scaled farms of Hunan Province in 2016 were carried out. Among these clinic cases,higher incidence rates were found in suckling piglets,nursing swine and fattening swine. Respiratory symptoms and diarrhea were common in the clinical manifestations. The proportion of viral diseases was 86.3%. In addition,PCV2 and PRRSV infection were more easily detected. It was also found that the rate of mixed infection reached 57.4%. As a conclusion,the swine diseases were mainly caused by PCV2 and PRRSV and other viral diseases,and multiple pathogenic infection existed commonly in these collected cases.
