大花海棠“比哥”扦插繁殖试验

摘  要：
对引进的大花海棠绿叶红花、铜叶红花2个花色品种分别采用萘乙酸、ABT 2种植物激素进行插穗基部浸泡5s处理,扦插7d后对其生根情况进行观测。结果表明:萘乙酸、ABT生根粉对促进大花海棠各品种扦插生根效果明显,其中以ABT生根粉效果最好,萘乙酸次之。ABT生根粉以100mg/kg浓度处理最好,大花海棠铜叶红花品种的生根率达94.5%。2个花色品种中铜叶红花各浓度处理的生根率均高于绿叶红花,栽培表现中铜叶红花植株长势强于绿叶红花。

摘  要：
The introduction of big flowers Begonia'copper leaf red flowers' and'green leaves red flowers' two varieties were carried out by using NAA,ABT two kinds of cuttings at the base of plant hormones 5 s soaking treatment,root cuttings situation observed after 7 d.The results showed that NAA,ABT significantly promoted all varieties of flowering crabapple cuttings rooting,in which ABT was the best,followed by was NAA.The concentration of 100 mg/kg ABT had best effect,'copper leaf red flowers Begonia flower's large varieties of flowers rooting rate was 94.5%.Two varieties of copper leaf saffron root concentrations were higher than the processing of green leaves red flowers and the performance of cultivated plants were growing stronger than the other consistent.
