代森锰锌和烯酰吗啉对黄瓜霜霉病菌的药剂敏感性测定

摘  要:
测定了代森锰锌、烯酰吗啉及其不同配比对黄瓜霜霉病菌的敏感性.结果表明:各药剂处理对黄瓜霜霉病菌的孢子囊萌发均有一定的抑制作用,且随浓度升高抑制效果愈加显著.各配方组合的共毒系数均大于100,两者组合具有增效作用,其中以60%代森锰锌+9%烯酰吗啉组合效果最佳,增效作用明显,EC50达到42.57 mg/L.

摘  要:
The sensitivity of mancozeb,dimethomorph and their different formulations to Pseudoperonospora cubensis was determined.The results showed that the various chemical treatments on germination of sporangia have a certain inhibition and the inhibiting effect can be even more significant as the concentration increases.The co-toxicity coefficients of each formulation are above 100,and the combination of these two drugs has synergism,and the combination of 60% mancozeb and 9% dimethomorph is the best,EC50 can reach 42.57 mg/L.
