珍珠鸡大肠杆菌敏感性药物筛选研究

摘  要：
对珍珠鸡的病料进行细菌分离培养、纯化培养、染色镜检、生化鉴定,并进行40种抗菌药物的药敏试验。结果表明,极敏药物占27.5%,高敏药物占12.5%,中敏药物占20.0%,低敏药物占17.5%,不敏感药物占22.5%。其中,珍珠鸡大肠杆菌对先锋噻肟、舒普深、先锋必、菌必治最敏感。

摘  要：
The Escherichia coli strains from guinea disease-related materials were isolated,through cultivation,morphology,colony,dyeing,biochemistry test.Then drug sensitivity of the isolates were tested using fourty different chemical drugs.The drugs susceptibility test showed as following: very sensitive drugs accounted for 27.5%;high-sensitive drugs accounted for 12.5%;mid-sensitive drugs accounted for 20.0%;low-sensitive accounted for 17.5%;not sensitive drugs accounted for 22.5%.To prevent and cure Escherichia coli strain,Cefotaxime sodium,Sulperazon,Cefoperazone and Ceftriaxone sodium were the best.
