梳齿式红花丝采摘凸轮机构的设计与仿真

摘  要:
针对目前红花丝人工采收效率及机械化程度低等问题,提出了一种梳齿式红花丝采摘机构。以该采摘机构的凸轮为研究对象,利用解析法建立了从动件的数学方程式,并结合Mat Lab编程软件得到了凸轮的轮廓曲线。通过Solid Works软件建立了三维模型,采用ADAMS软件和Solid Works Simulation分别进行了仿真分析与有限元分析。结果表明:所设计的凸轮完全能够满足红花丝的采摘要求,同时为进一步研究采摘凸轮机构提供了理论依据。

摘  要:
In view of the low efficiency and low mechanization level of safflower filaments picking,a comb shaped safflower filaments picking mechanism is proposed in this paper.Taking the cam of the picking mechanism as the object,the mathematical equation of the follower is established by the analytic method,and the contour curve of the cam is obtained by using the MATLAB programming software.The three-dimensional model is established by Solidworks software,and the simulation analysis and finite element analysis are done by ADAMS software and Solidworks Simulation respectively.The results show that the cam can meet the safflower filaments picking requirements completely,which provides a theoretical basis for further research on the picking cam mechanism.
