摘 要：
笔者对东北林区退耕还林工程实施过程进行了分析,结合过去几年生产中存在的实际技术问题,从森林培育学、生态学的角度,在造林树种选择、初植密度、林分配置、造林模式和提高造林成活率等几个方面提出了完善的措施和改进的方法,为该地区在"十一·五"期间进一步顺利实施退耕还林工程,营造具有健康、稳定、可持续经营的森林生态系统提供了理论指导和技术保证。

摘 要：
The engineer of Returning Cultivated Land to Forests in northeast forest area was anaylsed in the paper,the measures and methods in choice of tree species,density of plantation,configure of standing forest,model of forestation and survival rate should be improve according to silviculture and ecology combinated with previous problems,it can provide theoretical guidance and technical supporting for establishing a healthy,steady and sustainable forest ecological system during the eleventh five-year plan in northeast forest area.
