拖拉机发动机故障诊断系统设计——基于虚拟仪器和CAN总线

摘  要:
以拖拉机发动机为研究对象,利用虚拟仪器和CAN总线,配合必要的传感器,设计了一套拖拉机发动机故障诊断系统。系统将采集到的传感器参数信息与本地参数信息数据库进行对比,诊断出发动机存在的故障问题。实验结果表明:系统对发动机故障信号的采集以及诊断具有较好效果,且系统可靠性高、操作简单,能够精准地检测出发动机故障。

摘  要:
Taking tractor engine as object of study,it designed a set of tractor engine fault diagnosis system by using virtual instrument and CAN bus,and with necessary sensors. By comparing the parameter information of the sensor with the local parameter information database,the fault of the engine is diagnosed. The experimental results show that the system has good effect on the acquisition and diagnosis of engine fault signal,indicating that the system has high reliability and simple operation,and it can accurately detect the cause of starting fault.
