一种昆虫源提取物的生物活性测定

摘  要:
以微波干燥的黄粉虫为原料,采用索氏抽提法和柱层析法对黄粉虫粉末提取,并测定了提取物对小麦白粉病和玉米锈病的防治效果。利用红外法初步鉴定了提取物中抗菌物质的有效成分。实验结果表明,黄粉虫的甲醇提取物对小麦白粉病和玉米锈病的防治效果分别为60%和65%。

摘  要:
This paper extracted from the dry larva of yellow mealworm dried to a powder by microwave with soxhlet extraction and column chromatography and the extract had been used to determine on wheat powdery mildew and corn rust,and preliminarily identified the antibacterial components from the exact with the infrared method. The results showed that the control effects were 60% and 65%, respectively against wheat powdery mildew and corn rust.
