不同成垄方式与分次施钾对烤烟质体色素及其降解产物的影响

摘  要:
以烤烟(Nicotiana tobacumL.)品种云烟87为试材,于2005~2006年在河南南阳研究了不同成垄方式与分次施钾对烤烟质体色素及降解产物含量的影响.结果表明:不同培土成垄和分次施钾可以使烟叶中叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量增加.各处理烟叶中叶绿素降解产物新植二烯含量和类胡萝卜素降解产物总量均较对照有很大提高,以处理Ⅳ(低起垄2次培土成垄,钾肥2次追施)最高,分别达到了1762.25μg/g和111.82μg/g.

摘  要:
During 2005~2006,a field experiment aiming at detecting the effects of different ridging mode and method of applying potassium fertilizer on the contents of chromoplast pigment and its degraded products of flue-cured tobacco leaves was carried out in Nanyang of Henan Province,among which the cultivar 'Yunyan 87' of tobacco(Nicotiana tobacum L.) was selected as the material.The results showed that:ridging by earthing up after planting and applying potassium fertilizer at different stages could increase the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid;compared with the common cultivation,the contents of products degraded by chlorophyll and carotenoid greatly increased in every treatments,among which the treatment Ⅳ was the highest,the contents of products degraded by chlorophyll and carotenoid reached 1762.25 μg/g and 111.82 μg/g respectively.
