高锰酸钾浸种对荞麦种子萌发的影响初探

摘 要：
用不同浓度的KMnO_4(0．1%；0．3%；0．5%)对荞麦种子进行不同时间浸种(1min；3min；5min)处理,研究KMnO_4对荞麦种子萌发的影响。结果表明,KMnO_4对荞麦的萌发有明显的抑制作用,但随KMnO_4的浓度增加和浸种时间延长而有降低的趋势。

摘 要：
Buckwheet seeds were soacked with different concentration of KMnO_4(0.1%;0.3%;0.5%) for different time (1min;3min;5min)to determine the effect of KMnO_4 on germination of buck wheat seeds.The results showed that KMnO_4 inhibits obviously seed germination,and the ratio of germination reduces for increasing along with eoneentration of KMnO_4 and the time of soaking seeds.
