9种杀菌剂对花生白绢病菌的室内毒力测定

摘  要:
为筛选出安全有效的花生白绢病防治药剂。在室内离体条件下采用菌丝生长速率法测定9种杀菌剂对花生白绢病菌的毒力活性。9种杀菌剂对花生白绢病菌表现出不同的毒力活性。10%已唑醇EC毒力最强,EC50为0.0989μg/ml;50%咯菌腈WP、25%苯醚甲环唑EC、25%吡唑醚菌酯EC毒力作用较强,EC50分别为0.1223、1.3823、1.5371μg/ml;50%嘧菌环胺WG毒力最弱,EC50为84.7805μg/ml。

摘  要:
In order to select safety and effective fungicides to Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc.,9 kinds of fungicides to the pathogenic fungus of Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc. were tested by means of mycelium growth rate method respectively. The results showed that Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc. was inhibited under the condition of the 9 kinds of fungicides. Among the 9 fungicides,the inhibition efficiency of 10% hexaconazole EC was the strongest,with the EC50 of 0. 0989 μg / ml,the inhibition efficiency of 50% fludioxonil WP,25% difenoconazole EC,25% pyraclostrobin EC,reduced in succession,with the EC50 of 0. 1223,1. 3823,1. 5371 μg / ml. The inhibition efficiency of 50% cyprodinil WG was the weakest,with the EC50 of 84. 7805 μg / ml.
