新型手持电动式花椒采摘机设计

摘  要:
本课题针对目前花椒采摘季节性强,人工采摘成本高、任务重、具有一定危险性等问题,设计一种新型的手持电动式花椒采摘机。该装置采用电机带动滚筒旋转,依靠橡胶材料制成的梳刷将花椒枝条揽入进料口,通过往复切割单动式双层齿状刀片实现花椒果实的采摘,存储于收集盒中,待装满后及时卸载。运用三维工程绘图软件建立虚拟样机模型,并按实际尺寸完成了实物样机的制作。通过对花椒的实地采摘测试,试验结果表明:该装置不仅提高了花椒采摘机械化程度,还能有效降低采摘过程对人体的伤害。

摘  要:
To solve the problems of strong seasonal picking of pepper, high cost of manual picking, heavy task and certain danger, a novel handheld electric pepper picker was designed. The device uses a motor to drive the roller to rotate, and relies on the comb brush made of rubber material to draw the branches of pepper into the feeding port. The single-acting double-toothed blade is used for reciprocating cutting to pick the fruits of pepper, Store it in the collection box and unload it after filling. The 3 d engineering drawing software is used to build the virtual prototype model, and the prototype is made according to the actual size. Through the field picking test of pepper, the test results show that this device not only improves the degree of mechanization of picking pepper, but also effectively reduces the risk to human body during the process of picking.
