亚麻饼和菜籽饼合用的效果及安全性

摘要：

肉鸡日粮中配入较多的亚麻饼和菜籽饼，通过饲养试验、病理学检验和毒物分析综合评定其合用效果及安全性。结果表明，肉仔鸡日粮中含ＨＣＮ７２．６ｍｇ／ｋｇ、硫甙０．５２％的亚麻饼和菜籽饼是安全的；适宜的合用量０～３周龄为１４％的亚麻饼＋１０％的菜籽饼；４～７周龄为８％的亚麻饼＋５％的菜籽饼；肉仔鸡日食入１ｍｇ以下ＨＣＮ、４０ｍｇ以下硫甙不会影响健康。

摘要：

Using feeding experiment, pathologic examination and analysis of poison remains, the experiment was conducted to study the feeding effects and safety of the mix of linseed meal and rapeseed meal in broiler ration. The result showed that 14+10 % and 12+7 % linseed meal containing 72.6 mg/kg hydrocyanic plus rapeseed meal containing 0.52 % glucosinolate could be safely used in the broiler ration of 0-3, 4-7 week period respectively. The optimum amount of the mix could be 14+10 % and 8+5 % in the ration of each period, the health of broiler was not affected when fed less than 1 mg of hydrocyanic acid and less than 40 mg of glucosinolate every day.
