硒酸钡制剂对母猪的效应研究

摘  要:
自制硒酸钡制剂进行了效力和安全试验。妊娠 30d母猪 16头随机均分成 4组 ,三组分别以硒 0 .5、1、1.5mg kg .BW皮下注射 ,第四组对照 ,第一次妊娠 30 (注射前 )、70、110d ,第二次妊娠 110d时采血 ,两次分娩仔猪每窝随机选 4头 45日龄采血 ,DAN法测硒 ,三个试验组母猪间与仔猪间血硒均值差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,均极显著地高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;肉猪安全试验表明 ,试验组以硒 5mg kg .BW皮下注射 ,血硒 1个月时出现峰值 (0 .2 85± 0 .0 13mg L) ,随后两个月平稳 ,对照组血硒逐月下降。初步认为该制剂可作为安全有效地预防仔猪硒缺乏症的母猪长效硒制剂

摘  要:
Preparation of long acting selenium was tested by two experiments. 16 pregnant sows(30 days gestation)were divided into four groups. Three were subcutaneous injected with the preparation equivalent to Se 0.5,1 and 1.5 mg/kg.BW respectively. Blood samples were collected from sows on days 30(before injection),70,and 110 of first gestation and 110 of second gestation, and from piglets in each litter at 45 days first and second farrowing. There were no difference in blood Se between treated groups whether sows or their piglets(P>0.05). Blood Se from treated sows and their piglets was higher significantly than that from untreated groups(P<0.01);Pigs(20kg) with the preparation by Se 5mg/kg·BW maintained blood Se at normal level although a transient peak showed at the first month (0.286±0.013mg/L), untreated group blood Se decreased monthly to deficient status. In conclusion, the long acting Se preparation is safe and effective to prevent piglets Selenium deficiency by given dose of Se 0.5 mg/kg.BW to sows.
