论文分析了个人信用征信与个人隐私的保护可能发生的冲突,总结了美国等发达国家在个人信用征信体系中保护个人隐私所采取的措施,最后,针对我国个人信用征信体系的发展现状,提出了保护个人隐私的相关对策。

摘 要：
This paper has analyzed the conflicts between personal credit collecting system and the protection of personal privacy,and summarized the measures to protect personal privacy in the personal credit collecting system through referencing the experience in the developed countries.Finally,the paper has put forward countermeasures to protect personal privacy according to the situation of personal credit collecting system in China.
