重氮营养醋杆菌Pal_5在超甜玉米上的应用效果初报

摘  要:
对超甜单 10号和超甜单 11号超甜玉米进行发芽期或 3叶期根系接种重氮营养醋杆菌Pal5盆栽试验 ,结果表明 :Pal5可以进入超甜玉米植株体内定殖、存活 ,并促进了作物的生长发育 ,且发芽期接菌的优于 3叶期。

摘  要:
Pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of inoculation Acetobacter diazotrophicus Pal 5 in the germination and three-leaf period on super-sweet corn of 10 and 11 The result showed that Pal 5 strains were able to enter and live in the super-sweet corn,and also improve them to grow and develop,at the same time the benefit of inoculation in germination period was better than in three-leaf period
