某发动机进气歧管模态及爆破FEA分析

摘  要:
运用CAE软件的有限元方法分析某发动机进气歧管,得到发动机进气歧管固有振动频率、相应振型及爆破压力,能够精准地判断出进气歧管的特性。对系统故障做出分析诊断,进而找出薄弱环节。根据分析结果提出改进进气歧管结构的方案并进行再分析,验证方案可靠性,降低了发动机进气歧管一阶频率,减少共振和变形,为设计人员进气歧管优化设计提供了便捷路径,为企业缩短了产品开发的周期。

摘  要:
The finite element method of CAE software is used to analyze the intake manifold of an engine, and the natural vibration frequency, corresponding mode shapes and blasting pressure of the engine intake manifold are obtained. It can also accurately determine the vibration characteristics of the intake manifold, to make the analysis of the system fault diagnosis, then find the weak link. According to the analysis results, the scheme of improving the intake manifold structure is put forward, then the reliability of the scheme is verified. The first mode frequency is decreased to reduce resonance and deformation. It provides a convenient path for the intake manifold designers to optimal design and it also shortens the cycle of product development for the enterprise by improving the manifold structure.
