柱后衍生-高效液相色谱-荧光检测法测定水中农药呋喃丹

摘  要:
[目的]采用固相萃取提取柱后衍生高效液相色谱法测定水中的呋喃丹。[方法]水样经ENVI-18萃取柱富集、净化,以甲醇-水为流动相梯度洗脱,色谱柱分离,通过柱后衍生反应后,用荧光检测器检测。[结果]呋喃丹在检测条件下的线性相关系数为0.999 8,最小检出限为0.036μg/L,回收率为91.5%~97.3%。[结论]该方法线性范围宽、灵敏度和准确度高,完全能满足水质监测要求。

摘  要:
[Objective]The research aimed to detect the content of carbofuran in water by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with post-column derivation and fluorimetric detector.[Method]Water samples were enriched and purified with ENVI-18 extraction column.Taken methanol-water as mobile phase,the samples were separated by chromatographic column.After the reaction of post-column derivatization,the content of carbofuran was detected by fluorescence detector.[Result]The results showed that the obtained correlation coefficient was >0.999 at the test range of 50-1 000 μg/L.The minimum detection limit was 0.036 μg/L.The average recovery rates of the pesticides ranged from 91.5% to 97.3%.[Conclusion]The proposed method was fast and sensitive,and could be used for monitoring pesticide residues in normal water.
