益生芽孢杆菌对热应激鸡盲肠菌群变化的影响

摘  要：
对尼克珊瑚粉蛋用公鸡进行急性热应激处理,观察芽孢杆菌对试验鸡盲肠微生物菌的影响。90只1日龄尼克珊瑚粉蛋用公雏按照体重随机分为1个对照组和4个试验组,每组18只,对照组饲喂基础日粮(不含抗菌素),试验组日粮分别添加4种不同芽孢杆菌,35日龄时,进行急性热应激试验(39±1)℃,在应激前,应激3h,6h,分别取试验鸡盲肠分析盲肠微生物菌群。结果显示:在热应激过程中,食用益生芽孢杆菌的试验鸡盲肠微生态中的主要菌群的数量变化规律与对照组有明显的差异,其中的好氧菌群和乳酸菌群的数量的比值呈现减少或维持不变的趋势,但对照组的这一比值呈现明显的上升趋势,反映益生芽孢杆菌对于试验鸡在维持热应激环境下正常的肠道微生态环境有明显的作用。

摘  要：
Four strains bacillus as additive were fed to Nike Coral Pink cocks from 1 to 35 days age,then the chickens were stimulated with heat stress in 39 ℃ for 0,3 and 6 h at 35 days age. The investigating on bacteria flora surviving in test chicken cecum revealed the test chicken were apparently different from the contrast which was not fed with probiotic,their aerobic bacteria flora remained unchanged or decreased relatively to their lactic acid bateria flora,but meanwhile aerobic bacteria flora from the contrast increased relatively to the lactic acid bateria flora,so the probiotics would have benefit to maintain the balance of the mini-environment of test chicken cecum.
