新疆冬小麦穗发芽抗性鉴定及VP1B基因的等位变异检测

摘  要:
为了解新疆冬小麦穗发芽抗性水平并筛选出抗性较强品种,通过籽粒法对86份新疆冬小麦品种(系)进行了穗发芽抗性鉴定,并利用小麦3BL位点穗发芽共显性STS标记VP1B3对其进行等位变异检测。结果表明,不同新疆冬小麦品种(系)间穗发芽抗性差异明显,发芽指数变异范围18.19%~98.76%;86份材料中,中抗品种(系)3个,中感品种(系)10个,高感品种(系)73个,其平均发芽指数依次为22.76%、48.68%和85.80%,不含高抗穗发芽品种(系)。应用STS标记VP1B3共检测出VP1Ba、VP1Bb以及VP1Bc3种基因型,其分布频率分别为73.30%、3.40%和23.30%。综合表型鉴定和分子标记检测结果,‘新冬28号’、‘奎花2号’、‘石冬9号’3个品种为穗发芽抗性品种。

摘  要:
In order to understand the resistance to pre-harvest sprouting of winter wheat in Xinjiang and identify the pre-harvest sprouting tolerant wheat varieties(or lines),germination index,and molecular marker VP1B3,were used to screen out the pre-harvest sprouting tolerance of the 86 wheat lines.The result showed that the pre-harvest sprouting of different cultivars was significantly different,and the germination index ranged from 18.19% to 98.76%. Among the 86 materials,there were 3 medium resistant varieties,10 medium sensible varieties and 73 high sensible varieties.The germination indexes of them were 22.76%,48.68%,and 85.80%,respectively,and no high-intensity germinating material was identified. Three genotypes of VP1Ba,VP1Bb and VP1Bc were detected by molecular marker VP1B3,and their distribution frequencies were 73.30%,3.40% and 23.30%,respectively. Based on the results of comprehensive phenotypic identification and molecular marker detection,three varieties of ‘Xindong 28',‘Kuihua 2' and ‘Shidong 9' were spike-germinated resistant varieties.
