干旱胁迫对油菜花期光合特性的影响

摘  要:
为研究花期干旱对油菜光合特性及产量的影响,以西藏当地推广的油菜代表品种芥菜型油菜(Brassica juncea L.)年河1号、白菜型油菜(Brasscia rapaL.)青油17号和甘蓝型油菜(Brasscia napus L.)藏油5号为材料,采用盆栽控水试验,在油菜花期分别进行持续1周、2周和3周的干旱处理,然后恢复正常水分管理直至成熟收获,比较3个油菜品种的光合生理及产量变化。结果表明:干旱胁迫造成产量下降且存在处理间差异;以产量为依据,油菜花期干旱的敏感性依次为甘蓝型油菜藏油5号>白菜型油菜青油17号>芥菜型油菜年河1号;干旱胁迫导致3个油菜品种的净光合速率(Pn)降低,气孔限制值(Ls)升高,各品种处理间水分利用效率的变化趋势与光合速率和气孔限制值的变化存在一致性。为应对干旱对光合机构的破坏,荧光参数PSⅡ实际光化学效率、表观光合电子传递速率(ETR)、光化学淬灭系数(qP)均有下降,而初始荧光(Fo)升高。研究不同程度干旱处理对产量的影响可为持续干旱对大面积油菜生产影响的估算提供依据。

摘  要:
In order to investigate the effects of drought at flowering stage on photosynthetic traits and yield in rapeseed,three rapeseed varieties(Brassica juncea L.cv Nianhe 1,Brasscia rapa L.cv Qingyou 17,Brasscia napus L.cv Zangyou 5)were used as the plant materials,and pot water control tests with three persistent drought treatments(1w,2w,3wof drought and then resume normal water management until they were ripe for harvest)were applied to analyze the changes of photosynthesis and yield of the rapeseed varieties.The results indicated that:the drought treatment time differently reduced the yield among the three treatments;based on the yield,sensitivity to drought in different types of rapeseed varieties ranked in the order of Brasscia napus L.cv Zangyou 5,Brasscia rapaL.cv Qingyou 17,Brassica juncea L.cv Nianhe 1;photosynthetic rate(Pn)was decreased and stomatal limitation index(Ls)was increased by the drought stress.Among the varieties of treatments,there was a positive correlation among the water use efficiency(WUE),Pnand Ls.To reply the damage of photosynthetic apparatus from the drought stress,actual photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ in the light(PSⅡ),the apparent photosynthetic electron transport rate(ETR),the photochemical quenching co-efficient(qP)declined to some extent.However,Fohas an increasing trend;the research on the effects of persistent drought time on yield can provide a basis for estimating the influence of continuous drought on rapeseed production.
