随着3G牌照的发放,手机图书馆系统的建设也在日益开展,高校图书馆也正积极应对,做着先期准备工作。但任何一个图书馆光靠自已的力量,承担如此重的信息资源的开发,是根本不可能的,走合作开发与利用的道路,整合资源,分工合作才是我们图书馆的必由之路。

摘  要：
With the issuance of 3G licenses,mobile library system is also increasingly carried out,colleges and universities are also actively respond to the library,doing advance preparation.However,any one of the library alone the power of their own,such a re-development of information resources,is simply not possible,take the cooperative development and use of the road,the integration of resources,division of labor is the only way for our library.
