摘  要：
在我国不断完善社会主义市场经济的过程中,产业竞争也日趋激烈,地方特色产业竞争力强弱已成为县域经济发展的决定因素。县域经济的发展,其实质就是如何促进地方特色产业的发展。笔者通过对地方特色产业有关理论研究的回顾和地方特色产业所应该具有的一般特征的深入分析,给出相关建议和结论。

摘  要：
During the process of perfecting socialism market economy system, the competition of industry became increasingly intensity. And the competitiveness of these industries became the most important factor in county economic development. The development of the county level economy was, in nature, how to promote industry with local characteristics. After reviewing the correlative research theories, it was thought that industry with local characteristics was the industry relying on the special production technique, process and management in a certain district. It was an industry producing special product or providing special service, which was also the core of the industry. Its formation basis was the special resources in the district. The major condition of its growth and development was special production technique, process and management.
