有机垃圾干式厌氧处理连续运行中试实验研究

摘  要:
在自行设计的一套有机垃圾分选、预处理、厌氧处理系统上进行了有机垃圾干式厌氧发酵连续运行中试实验,实验历时70天,通过监测日产气量、累积产气量和pH值,VFA,氨氮、氧化还原电位、碱度等指标的变化、确定了进料量和进料计划,以保证厌氧消化连续稳定运行;通过自行设计的返混系统克服了传统搅拌系统的缺陷;经检测,该系统产生沼气CH4含量55%左右,杂质气体占1%。

摘  要:
A continues pilot experiment of organic waste dry fermentation were carried out in a self-designed system including sorting of waste,pretreatment,and anaerobic treatment. The experiment lasted 70 days. The change of daily gas production,acumulative gas production,pH,VFA,ammonia nitrogen,redox potential,alkality,etc. were monitored,through which the feeding rate and feeding plan were determined. Through the design of backmixing system,defect of traditional mixing system was overcomed. The methane content of the biogas from this self-designed system was around 55%.
