张网渔船稳性的计算分析

摘  要:
本文应用船舶稳性计算的理论对江苏省南通市发生海难事故的JS80 8BD型张网渔船稳性进行计算、分析。结果表明 :正确装载网具及锚设备的张网渔船 ,渔船稳性符合我国《渔业船舶法定检验规则 (2 0 0 0 )》对Ⅱ航区船舶稳性的最低要求 ,但比渔船设计稳性有所下降 ;网具或锚设备发生移位的张网渔船 ,渔船稳性不符合《渔业船舶法定检验规则 (2 0 0 0 )》的最低要求 ,容易导致船舶倾覆。渔船稳性的变化除了受天气、海况的影响外 ,还与渔船装载网具及锚设备等因素有关

摘  要:
In this paper, the stability of type JS808BD stow net fishing vessel of Nantong, Jiangsu Province, which capsized in the marine casualty, is calculated and analyzed according to the theory of calculation of stability of ship. The result indicated that the stability of a stow net fishing vessel whose fishing gears and anchor devices on deck banded properly met the minimum demand of “The Legal Inspection Regulation of Fishery Vessel (2000)" for stability of ship navigating in the Ⅱ navigating zone, but less than that of design. However, the movement of the fishing gears and anchor devices could decrease the stability of vessel to the level which is less than the demand of “The Legal Inspection Regulation of Fishery Vessel (2000)", and could easily lead to capsize of vessel. Besides the effect of weather and sea condition, the change of stability of fishing vessel is also related to the fishing gears and anchor devices loaded on deck.
