10%苯氰·残杀威乳油的气相色谱分析

摘 要：
介绍了以5%OV-101色谱柱固定相,邻苯二甲酸二正戊酯为内标物,用FID检测器对10%苯氰?残杀威乳油2种组分的气相色谱分离测定方法。结果表明:残杀威和右旋苯醚氰菊酯的标准偏差分别为0.054、0.078,变异系数分别为0.98%、1.46%,残杀威的回收率为99.12%～100.72%,右旋苯醚氰菊酯的回收率为99.06%～101.25%。

摘 要：
This dissertation reported a specific quantitative analysis method for D-cyphenothrin and propoxur 10%EC by GC.The sample was separated in a column packed with 5%OV-101 using di-n-amyl-o-phthalate as internal standard and detected by flame ionization detector.The reults showed that the standard deviation for D-cyphenothrin and propoxur were 0.054 and 0.078,the coefficient of variation were 0.98 and 1.46%,the recoveries were between 99.12-100.72%and 99.06-101.25%.
