摘  要:
在全球气候变化的背景下,对于森林土壤中氮素循环的研究更加迫切和重要。总结比较了土壤硝化、反硝化和呼吸作用的研究方法及各种方法的优缺点,同时综述了国内外关于其时空变异和影响因素的相关研究,最后提出四点建议。

摘  要:
In the context of global climate change,the study on nitrogen cycles in forest soil becomes more urgent and important.In this article,various research methods of determining the soil nitrification,denitrification were summarized and compared,and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were listed out.Meanwhile,the research results of temporal and spatial variation and affecting factors of soil nitrification and denitrification were reviewed.In the end,some suggestions were put forward.
