苏云金杆菌油悬浮剂和美国白蛾核型多角体病毒飞机防治美国白蛾试验初探

摘 要：
对苏云金杆菌和苏云金杆菌与美国白蛾核型多角体复配实验结果表明:单独使用苏云金杆菌,叶片的保存率达到60%,未发现死虫;HcNPV和BT复配,第7天发现少量死虫,第13天出现死亡高峰,为倒挂型典型病毒死亡症状和综合感染症状;第20天虫龄已达5～6龄,发现少量活虫,白蜡叶片保存率为85%。说明两种药剂复配具有良好防效及持续的控制作用,有效降低第3代幼虫对白蜡木的危害,达到生物防治要求。

摘 要：
The result of aerial spray against Hyphantria cunea(Drury) with BT and BT/HcNPV complex formulation showed that:Single use BT,rate of leaf protection reached 60%,not found dead insect;BT and HcNPV complex match results:7 day found a small amount of death worm,13 days appear death peak,For fuchsia type typical virus death symptoms and comprehensive symptoms of infection.The 20th day insect age has reached 5~6 age,found a small amount of live worm,rate of leaf protection reached 85%,This means that two agents compound with good control effect and continuous control effect,effectively reduce the third generation larvae to ash harm to biological control requirements.
